3. Subscription Plans & Payments
3.1 Available Plans

3.2 Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through PayPal. We do not store credit card information on our servers. Payment is required in full at the time of subscription. Prices are listed in US Dollars and are subject to change — any price changes will not affect active subscriptions until renewal.
3.3 Renewal Policy
Our IPTV Smarters subscriptions do not auto-renew. You will receive a WhatsApp reminder approximately 14 days before your subscription expires. Renewal is manual and at your discretion. If you do not renew, your IPTV Smarters service will simply expire.

10. Termination
10.1 Termination by You
You may cancel your IPTV Smarters subscription at any time by contacting us via WhatsApp. Cancellations within the 7-day guarantee period are eligible for a full refund per our Refund Policy. Cancellations after the guarantee period will take effect at the end of your current billing period with no pro-rated refund.
10.2 Termination by Us
We reserve the right to terminate your IPTV Smarters subscription immediately and without refund if you violate any provision of these Terms and Conditions — particularly the prohibited activities in Section 5. We will notify you of termination via WhatsApp where reasonably practicable.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international laws. Any disputes arising from your IPTV Smarters subscription that cannot be resolved through our WhatsApp support process shall be subject to binding arbitration or the applicable courts in the jurisdiction where iptvsmarters4k.shop operates.
